The Hokies won both meetings last season winning by two at home and in overtime at Miami and are favored here which to me is surprising. Consider this, the Canes are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 as underdogs and the Hokies are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall. This 'price' makes no sense. Take VIRGINIA TECH!
