Panthers (+) over Eagles- There has got to be a winner here no matter what as the No. 13 and No. 12 seeds in the ACC will play for survival as neither team will play in the postseason without winning out. Pittsburgh has dropped their last four while the Eagles have lost their last three but like I said there has got to be a winner!
