Fighting Irish (+) over Scarlet Knights- Despite having the second best ACC regular season record (15-5) Notre Dame wasn't a sure thing to make the tourney and the result is this 'extra' game that must be played. The biggest surprise of the college basketball season is that Rutgers defeated then No. 1 Purdue after having fallen to DePaul, Lafayette and UMass who were all terrible this season. The Scarlet Knights are led by Ron Harper Jr. who are 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games overall while the Irish are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games overall and 5-1 after a SU loss. Take NOTRE DAME!
