The Guardians will turn to right-hander Ben Lively (9-6, 3.44 ERA) on Thursday. Lively snapped a two-start losing streak on Friday when he allowed one run on three hits over six innings in a 3-1 victory against the Phillies. Lively, 32, has yet to face Baltimore in his career.
