Mustangs (-) over Panthers- There is something really, really wrong here! Undefeated Pittsburgh (7-0) has surprised a lot of people (me included) that didn’t expect to see the Panthers rising their level of play. SMU (7-1) is as good as expected but were the first team to experience a defeat by the under-rated BYU Cougars 18-16 the first weekend of September. Since that loss the Mustangs have run off five straight wins including a lackluster win over Duke last week. Believe me They will be ready for the Panthers this week. The is Pitts first ever trip to SMU an they won’t like the result. Take SMU!
