One of the best stories of camp, Wojciechowski pitched well all spring and earned a spot in the rotation and will be making his Major League debut.

I've never had a problem backing what amounts to sight unseen pitchers as it's often the hitters who have trouble figuring things out and pitchers have the advantage.


Bauer remains a real puzzle. The stuff is unquestionably there. But the results have not been what most were expecting out of Bauer, and this spring was basically his career in microcosm, even in games that didn't count.
He throws a lot of strikes but usually right down the middle and that spells BAD NEWS against an aggressive Astros team.


The Indians haven't hit much thus far and I like the Astros this afternoon to get us the cash.
