Detroit looks good this year beating Minnesota by a combined score of 22-1 in a three-game sweep. The Tigers also broke the American League record with 24 shutout innings to begin the season.
The Indians have lost nine of Zach McAllister's last 11 starts. Alfredo Simon was 15-10 with a 3.44 ERA at Cincinnati last year and a lot of the Cleveland hitters haven't faced him. I'm backing the Tigers in a pick'em they look to extend their run to 7-1 in Cleveland and get the win in the Indians home opener.
