The Rays went 8-2 vs. the Yanks in the regular season, but I think they're going to stumble here in the opener of this ALCS. I think this neutral field benefits the Yankees. Gerrit Cole was 7-3 2.84 ERA in the regular season but had a 4.96 ERA allowing five home runs in three starts against the Rays. Cole has now allowed just five earned runs over his last five games. Gary Sanchez will NOT be behind the plate as he was in his three starts against Tampa. Cole's ERA is 3-runs lower when ANYONE but Sanchez an I like the Yanks with Cole and their bullpen here in game 1.
