These two teams are headed in opposite directions so I think that there is some value with the home team in this spot. Texas State has been in the basement of the Sun Belt for years and it was projected to be in the basement once again this season while Troy was expected to be a mediocre team in the conference so I think that there is a pretty significant amount of talent disparity present within this game. Troy is coming off a 41 pt loss to a very good BYU team and I expect them to take out their frustrations here and win by double digits.
