Michigan barely won last week in Rutgers and celebrated after the game like it was the National Championship. That tells me there aren't confident or very good.

They didn't even come close to covering. Now I'm supposed to trust the Wolverines as favorites this week? No thanks! I know Penn State is a winless team here but they've pretty much outgained every opponent but 9 turnovers in the past 3 games is what has hurt them. Overall Penn State has performed better than Michigan this season in a lot of areas. Penn State is 0-5 SU & ATS this season, but the two times it has failed to cover as an underdog were against Ohio State and Iowa, two teams that are a lot better than this Michigan squad. I like PENN ST to get their first win and get us the cash on Saturday afternoon.
