5* NFL BEST BET
(NFL) New Orleans vs. Carolina,
Point Spread: 6.00 | -105.00 Carolina (Home)
Result: Loss
Teddy Bridgewater gets to face his old team that he went 5-0 for. The Saints have ruled out 4 because of COVID-19 concerns, chiefly Alvin Kamara. The versatile RB, coming off a milestone six-touchdown performance, is essential to the Saints’ offense as QB Drew Brees’ arm strength has declined. Stellar WR Michael Thomas (ankle) remains out of action, so New Orleans could be starved for points. Carolina has covered in all except one of its prior five games.

The Panthers just went and beat the Redskins, have a fantastic defense that keeps getting better, this is their Super Bowl if you will, their playoff game and this team will want to keep building. This team has not quite at all and frankly, I think no coach has done more with less than Matt Rhule has. I look for the Carolina Panthers to play their hearts out and stay within the number here against the Saints in their season finale Sunday.

Six and a half is a lot of points in a rivalry game for a smart young coach, veteran quarterback, and a young team getting better. Panthers get the ATS COVER.
