I like Seattle as underdogs but not as favorites against divisional opponents.
The 20-9 Seahawks win a few weeks ago is a little misleading as the Rams had five of the seven longest drives in the game but came away with zero points on two of them and zero TDs on the others against Seattle's mid-tier red zone defense. The Rams have also sacked Russ Wilson 15 times in the past 3 games so they seem to have his number.

Seattle has thrown for less than 200 yards in three straight and faces the No. 1 defense in yards per play for a third time this year with the Rams who have seemed to have the Seahawks number over the past few years. This one feels like a FG game so we'll take the +3.5 with the LA Rams on Saturday afternoon.
