NC State has won three in a row and are coming off a huge victory at Virginia. They must keep winning to have any shot of postseason play. The Panthers have lost seven of eight, and since they last played, their Nos. 2 and 3 scorers left the program. Junior swingman Au'Diese Toney not only averaged 14.4 points and 5.9 rebounds, he was Pitt's top defender. Point guard Xavier Johnson averaged 14.2 points and 5.7 assists. Pitt is going to be hurting on the offensive side and I like NC St to get a big win here this evening.
