Wade Miley is coming off the Injured List and how he will look after 10 days between starts is more of a variable than Vegas likes to believe. Philly has a better offense overall with their lineup, even without Bryce Harper. Reds have not topped 7 hits in their last 7 games so we'll take Philly here.
