The Golden Gophers lost six of their last seven games and their last nine games away from home. They aren’t very good offensively and they struggle away from home, scoring less than 65 points per game while making only 40 percent of their shots. They are one of the worst offensive rebounding teams in the country and won’t get a lot of extra scoring opportunities against the Nittany Lions, who are very good on the defensive glass. PENN ST goes a good job on the offensive glass and don’t turn the ball over a lot. Even though the Golden Gophers usually play well defensively, they struggled down the stretch, giving up 80 or more points in two of their last three games and will have a hard time slowing down the Nittany Lions, so go with Penn State to get the win and cover here on Wednesday night.
