Cleveland needs to continue playing late in the innings, keeping their bats involved. Their 3B is the guy who keeps this team in scoring position, and Jose Ramirez does that, with his .291 avg and 53 RBI. The Guardians have to stay with getting solid plate appearances and get some defense support. Cleveland has fine base runners and decent eyes, too.


I don't like the OAKL bats much, they don't tend to wait for good pitches - which is what Cleveland does well.
The A's are one of the worst teams in the AL and hasn't been playing good baseball in a while as their team has been having problems keeping teams off the bags.



Cleveland wins this one at home on Thursday night.
