Balt is coming off a tough series with the Yankees and their bullpen is taxed.
Tampa Bay is +28 in run differential this season while the Orioles are -18. Corey Kluber also has a distinct advantage in this pitching matchup and should have the Rays in great shape going into the late middle innings when he can hand the game off to the Rays' excellent bullpen.
The pitching has been the biggest difference between these teams as the Rays are fourth in the majors this season with a 3.39 team ERA while the Orioles are currently 17th. TB is 6th in batting average with a .262 and Baltimore is 15th with a .240.
