I like the Under here as remember, the Padres Have lost 10-6, and 4-2 the last two games and they need a great effort here from Yu Darvish to avoid losing this series. Phillies Wheeler has a 2.66 era, and he went 7 innings, 1 hit and 0 runs against the Padres and 7 innings and 7 innings, 4 hits and 0 runs prior to that as well against San Diego. Add in the mid-afternoon start time with sun/shadows on the field and I think the pitchers will have the edge here. Take the UNDER!
