The Ravens have struggled with Jackson out, but they are still 10-6 overall after having gone 3-3 in their last 6 games. Tyler Huntley has played decent at times since Jackson got hurt, but he's been able to stretch the field at all with the passing game. Jackson is officially questionable for this game with the knee injury and Huntley has practiced on a limited basis this week. The Ravens are too good of a team and have also played hard and won in meaningless pre-season games so I like them plus the 9 here on Sunday.
