The Texans have brought in a lot of new pieces in the offseason and the team announced Monday that Stroud would be the starter under center in this contest. The defense is already pretty good and a ton of team speed.
Head coach DeMeco Ryans said then it will be Davis Mills, who completed 292 of 479 passes for 3,118 yards with 17 touchdowns and 15 interceptions last season, will likely follow Stroud while Case Keenum will also be in the mix at quarterback.
Thats a very solid rotation for a pre-season game.
