The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets had their good moments this season but had several bad losses including an ugly 38-27 defeat to Bowling Green of the MAC, along with a loss against Boston College. The UCF Knights played their best late in the season, winning three of their last four games including a win against Oklahoma State.

Furthermore, this is an ideal matchup for the UCF offense. UCF has a potent rushing offense that is averaging 233 rushing yards per game, ranking them fourth in the entire country. GT has a poor rush defense ranked just 131st. I look for the Knights' RB RJ Harvey to have a monster game on the ground. .
