Maryland has not been strong on the road, they beat UCLA, but those weren't your typical Bruins, as they are only 6-10 on the year. Maryland lost their three other road games, and were down by double digits at home Thursday before catching a run in the 2nd half. Maryland won their last game on the strength of their front court, but Reese and Scott will not have the same advantage as Illinois has Guerrier and Hawkins as strong post presences.
Inninois is big and very good defensively and should take care of business on their home court.
