Although both Miami and Washington have struggled to produce much offense at times, this is a spot that I like the over in. Both starting pitchers have had their struggles while both bullpen give up plenty of hard contact which should lead to runs. This season, in the four games they have played entering Friday, the games are averaging 12.25 runs per game.
