Rays starter Pepiot has done much better in his recent starts and although Arizona is on a win streak, I believe their trip across the country might affect them just enough for Tampa to sneak away with a win. Tampa has had the number of the Diamondbacks with five wins in their last seven meetings. The Rays additionally have a top-five bullpen in terms of bullpen ERA in the majors and Arizona has not done as well on the road this year.
