The Flames won their last game of bounces against NJ in a game that was scoreless through 40 minutes and despite the fact the Oilers are without McDavid for the next couple of weeks they played a well balanced and strong offensive game in Nashville winning 5-1 and it shouldn't take much to get them up for this one against a heated rival who also beat them in Edmonton the first week of the season. Home ice hasn't been as big in this rivalry and the EDM Oilers have won 6 straight at the Saddledome.
