These teams played a few weeks ago in Seattle, and the Seahawks had two field goals midway through the 4th quarter. The only reason it stayed respectable is the Hawks got a garbage-time touchdown, AND THE 49ERS CHOSE NOT TO SCORE WHEN THEY HAD HE BALL NEAR THE GOAL LINE AT THE END OF THE GAME. This game was 21-6 for a long time. Now the Seahawks go to the 49ers. The Niners have better defense. The running game is a little better for the 49ers. Both QBs are untested in the playoffs. I can't make a case for the Seahawks to be better in this game than they were at home, so I am going to roll with the overwhelming sentiment of the public (at this time, 70% of the money is on SF minus the points) and take the 49ers - 9.5.
