THE INSIDERS ROOM'S 10* THURSDAY NIGHT 'CA$H-BOMB!' (OFF WINNER ON EASTERN MICHIGAN!)
(NCAAF) Colorado State vs. Boise State,
Point Spread: 14.00 | -105.00 Colorado State (Away)
Result: Loss
This is 10* CA$H-BOMB on Colorado State.

Boise State got blasted 51-17 at home to BYU last weekend. Now, the reason that happened was because Boise State was down to its third-string QB.

Regardless, the Broncos' defense also looked very suspect; note that it lost four of its top five defensive lineman over the offseason, including their top sack leader in Curtis Weaver. Boise State's secondary looked terrible.

And so that leaves the back door open here for CSU, which enters off an upset win over Wyoming last weekend.

It wasn't perfect, as the Rams did allow almost 480 yards of offense, but a win is a win. QB Patrick O'Brien had 255 yards passing and two TD's.

Boise State is also just 2-6 ATS in its last eight off a SU loss and interestingly 0-4 ATS in its last four "Thursday Night" games, while CSU is 13-5 ATS in its last 18 road games vs. a team with a winning record and 9-3 ATS in its last 12 "Thursday Night" contests.

This is too many points to be giving up when you're down to your third-string QB and you have so many questions about your defense. Look for this one to be a lot closer than what the oddsmakers are trying to lead us to believe!

Good luck, NP
