TOP NON-CONF SIDE OF SEPT - 2:30 EST KICK!
(NCAAF) Purdue vs. Notre Dame,
Point Spread: -7.00 | -118.00 Notre Dame (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 9* TOP NON-CONFERENCE SIDE OF SEPTEMBER on Norte Dame.

Purdue is 2-0 on the season, beating Oregon State and UConn. Definitley nothing to brag about. And unfortunately the Boilermakers just received horrible news that Zander Horvath, the leading rusher, will be out four to eight weeks with a broken leg.

Notre Dame is 2-0 as well. It's coming off two close calls, holding on for a 41-38 win over FSU in its opener, and then pulling away for a 32-29 win over Toledo last weekend.

The Irish are dealing with a few injury issues as well. Notre Dame clearly can't be too happy about its defensive play, despite the 2-0 start.

Boilermakers' QB Jack Plummer has passed for 558 yards and six TD's. Purdue's early great defensive numbers clearly need to be taken with a grain of salt considering the level of competition.

Notre Dame is averaging 36.5 points per game and it's faced much stiffer competition. Jack Coan has 605 yards, six TD's and two INT's.

I say the Irish offense will be too much for Purdue to keep up to now without its leading rusher in the line-up.

Lay the points, the play is the IRISH.

Good luck, NP
