In the industry since 1981, Bruce Marshall's name became synonymous with his former role and long association with The Gold Sheet. After a background in play-by-play work and sports information in college, Bruce joined TGS when hired by the legendary Mort Olshan, learning the business and industry by working alongside Mort and the other TGS handicappers in the early 80s. Bruce has worn many over the years, including as the former Executive Editor at TGS, former Editor of Goldsheet.com and The Gold Sheet EXTRA!!! (a publication he helped launch in 1982), as well as serving as Editor-in-Chief of European Soccer Weekly. Bruce's vast array of editorial work has also been featured on various handicapping sites, as well as featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and New York Post.
Bruce's unique and colorful brand of football and basketball analysis, as well as informed commentary on the national and international sports scene, has made him an in-demand guest for many years on numerous podcasts, sports talk radio, and TV shows across the country. Bruce, who is also in the midst of several book projects, splits his time between Celebration, Florida and Henderson, Nevada.
