This is an 8* O/U SPECIAL on the OVER USF/ECU.

Both teams have struggled this year, but if either is going to somehow sneak its way into a bowl game, and its going to have to "win out."

With each team pushing the pace of this one as I expect, look for this total to fly OVER the number sooner, rather than later.

USF comes in with momentum as well. The Bulls could have "rolled over" last weekend, but instead they scored 17 points in the second quarter en route to a 34-14 win over Temple. Jaren Mangram had 152 yards and two scores on 26 carries.

ECU on the other hand will be eager to atone for a 31-24 OT loss to Houston weekend. QB Holton Ahlers had 283 passing yards and two touchdowns.

ECU's defense is going to have its hands full here today though against a USF side that put up 526 yards of offense, including 34 first downs.

This one has the feeling of a "shootout," rather than a "chess match."
