Two terrible teams collide on Friday night. Don't expect a lot of offensive fireworks.
The Pistons have lost ten games. They last thing they'll want to do is turn this into a "track meet" with the Pelicans. They're off a 119-116 OT loss to Washington, but overall they average only 99.8 points per game this season.
The Pels are off a disheartening OT loss as well, falling 120-114 to the Nuggets. They actually outrebounded Denver 46-33 as well, but still came up short. It was a deflating setback and I believe each of these sides is going to just go through the motions tonight. New Orleans only averages 103.7 PPG.
I expect each team to fight hard, but look for that to result in a tighter defensive game.
