Seattle has been trading high-scoring games with lower-scoring ones, and off a 9-3 win here in yesterday's series opener in Detroit, we're expecting this pattern to continue.

The Tigers have seen the total go OVER the number in four straight, after playing to five straight UNDERS.

Seattle has to be feeling confident here handing the ball to Marco Gonzalez, who is 9-12 with a 3.97 ERA overall this season, and who comes in off a gem vs. the Guardians, holding them to one run off four hits over six innings. Note that Gonzalez has only allowed one home run over his last four outings as well.

The home side counters with Tyler Alexander, who is 3-8 with a 4.83 ERA, and who is looking to bounce back from his worst start of the year against the Rangers on Friday, conceding seven runs over three innings.

While he's just 1-5 with a 6.62 ERA on the road, he's a much more respectable 2-3 with a 3.58 ERA at home.

Look for Alexander to bounce back and to match Gonzalez here inning for inning. I think the stage is set for a bit of a DUEL here in Detroit, so please take a long hard look here at the UNDER in this one.
