This is an 8* BLOCKBUSTER on the Vikes.
As primarily a situational handicapper, one factor I always take into account in the NFL is the "revenge" factor when it comes to divisional contests. Minnesota already hammered Green Bay 23-7 back on September 11th, meaning that most instances I'd be leaning towards the Packers in this one.
However, the recent form of each has me going the other way. Minnesota has a chance to wrap up the division title here against one of its most hated rivals and after back-to-back SU victories, but going 0-2 ATS in that span, I like the Vikes to get back into the winner's circle in both categories this weekend.
The Packers have been on quite the roll the last three weeks to get back into playoff contention, but I smell a classic letdown here finally. The public loves back Rodgers, but look at their three wins.
28-19 over a terrible Bears team. 24-12 at home over a terrible Rams team. And then on X-Mas Day the Packers managed the win on the road in Miami against a banged up Dolphins side.
Kirk Cousins has the Packers' number over the years. I think the outright is definitely possible obviously, but in the end I'm grabbing the points with the VIKINGS.
