Neither team has been playing well this year and both teams have had long losing streaks. Both teams have struggled at the plate and that has been no exception in this series. I have played the Under for wins in the last two games between the two and am looking at the total again today.

Luis Castillo will make the start for Cincinnati in this one. This season he is 0-1 record in two starts with a 4.50 ERA and 17 Ks in 12.0 innings. In his last outing, he allowed five runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out six batters over six innings. In his first start of the season, he pitched great, allowing just one run on six hits and one walk over six innings while striking out 11 batters. Last season, he was 15-8 with a 3.40 ERA and 226 strikeouts in 190.2 innings.

The Indians will counter with Carlos Carrasco taking the mound. So far this season, he is 1-1 with a 3.75 ERA and 15 Ks in 12.0 innings. Last season, he was 6-7 with a 5.29 ERA.

Castillo has not been as good as he was before the All-Star game last year. Both teams have not been scoring runs, so even though these two pitchers have not been great, neither has the opponents bats. i am going for the third time a charm approach and taking the UNDER again.
