(NFL) LA Chargers vs. Cincinnati,
Point Spread: -2.50 | -110.00 LA Chargers (Away)
Result: Win
The Los Angeles Chargers won a total of five games last season and finished the season losing six of their last seven. The Chargers will have a new quarterback as Phillip Rivers took his services to Indianapolis. The Chargers will turn to Tyrod Taylor to be the week one starter. The Chargers do have weapons on offense with running back Austin Ekeler and receivers Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Hunter Henry. The Chargers did have a stout defense last season. They were sixth in the league in yards allowed per game. and we should see a smiler effort this year. Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram III anchor an excellent defensive line.

The Cincinnati Bengals won just two games last season and used the No. 1 overall draft pick on LSU quarterback Joe Burrow, who will get the start. He will have a healthy AJ Green to throw to and 1,000-yard rusher Joe Mixon to hand off to. The Bengals defense was horrendous last season and they went out and got numerous players to try and improve an obvious weak point.

The Chargers are 10-4-2 ATS in their last 16 road games. The Bengals 3-11 ATS in their last 14 home games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall.

The Bengals are starting a rookie quarterback with little offseason work and no preseason games to get used to NFL speed. He will face two of the better pass rushers in the league and well as a very good run defense. Taylor is just an average if that quarterback but he does have a lot of weapons around him. Take the Chargers in an ugly game.

Play on the LA Chargers.
