The New York Mets not only dropped yesterday's game to the Phillies 4-2 but they also dropped the lead in the NL East to the same Phillies with the Braves a half a game back of the Mets for second place. The Mets were unable to get much going at the plate managing just five hits in the game. Marcus Stroman pitched well, going five innings and allowing just two runs in the loss. They will send Tylor Megill to the mound for today's start. He is 1-1 this season with a 2.88 ERA and 43 strikeouts.

The Philadelphia Phillies were the hunters and now they have become the hunted with the Mets a half-game back and the Braves just a game back of the Phillies. Newly acquired Kyle Gibson gave up just one run in six innings for the win. The Phillies will send Ranger Suarez to the mound. He is 5-3 this season with a 1.04 ERA and 43 strikeouts.

The over is 6-1-1 in the Met's last 8 Saturday games. Philadelphia has gone over in five of their last six division games. Ranger Suarez is a relief pitcher by trade and probably won't go more than 4 or 5 innings and the Phillies pen has not always been consistent this season. The Phillies have scored at least five runs in five out of their last six games.
