The Washington Nationals are coming off a 5-3 loss to the New York Mets on Saturday. Sean Nolin went 5.1 innings and allowed two runs while striking out six in the start. The Nats will turn to Erick Fedde for today's start. He has posted a 6-8 record so far this year with a 4.91 ERA and 97 strikeouts. The Mets got a much-needed win yesterday. Kevin Pillar hit a pair of solo home runs and Michael Conforto added a three-run bomb for all of the Mets scoring. Marcus Stroman allowed two runs in six innings in his start. The Mets will look to continue their winning ways by sending Tyler Megill to the mound. This season, he has posted a 1-3 record with a 4.07 ERA and 65 strikeouts.
