Point Spread: -6.00 | -101.00 Green Bay (Away)
Result: Win
The Green Bay Packers travel to Chicago to take on the Bears as the two bitter NFC North rivals square off. Green Bay is coming in off an overtime win over the Cincinnati Bengals and has now won four in a row. The Bears have won three of four and are coming off a nice win over a Raiders squad that may not have been 100% mentally ready for that game.
The Packers are 4-0 ATS in their last four overall and 6-2 ATS in their last eight as a favorite. The Bears are 4-1 ATS in their last five in October and 5-11 ATS versus a team with a winning record. Chicago is 3-7 ATS in their last 10 versus the NFC North. The Packers have scored at least 25 points in each of their four wins while Chicago has given up more than 17 points just once in five games. The problem for the Bears is that they rank dead-last in the NFL in total offense Fields has shown some positives and some negatives under center. They will need to rely on their ground game bit they will b without Damien Williams in the backfield. What is a bigger problem for the Bears is that they will be without their best cornerback in Caleb Johnson and the rest of their secondary is banged up. Throw in that both Hicks and Mack are dealing with injuries, this Bears defense could find themselves in trouble against Rodgers and this rejuvenated Packers offense. If the Bears get down a couple of scores early I am not sure this offense can score enough points.
