The Seattle Kraken is on the road once again facing the New Jersey Devils. The Seattle Kraken has started the season 1-2-1 in their first four games. The New Jersey Devils came away with a win in thier first game of the season over Chicago.
The Seattle Kraken offense is pu g up 2.25 goals and on the defensive end, they are giving up 3.75 goals a game. On Special Teams they are capitalizing on 20 percent of their power plays and they are killing off 85.7 percent of their penalties. The offense is led by Brandon Tanev with three goals, while Joonas Donskoi has added three helpers.

The New Jersey Devils are putting up four goals a game and on the defensive end, they are giving up 3 goals a game. On Special Teams, they have not converted on a power-play yet this season and they are killing off on 60 percent of their penalties. The offense is led by Jack Hughes with goals, while Ryan Graves has one assist.


The Seattle Kraken is on the second game of a back-to-back and their third game in four nights and the fifth game in eight nights to start the season. New Jersey has played just once and has had three days off to boot. The Devils won in overtime over the Blackhawks after giving up a two-goal lead in the final four minutes. The Kraken is having issues on the defensive end and those don't get better when tired. Grubauer should get combat pay for as many shots he has faced in the net.
