The Chicago Bulls take on the Detroit Pistons in NBA action. The Bulls won 31 games last season and have not made the playoffs since 2016. The Pistons finished with 20 wins last season for the second straight season.

The Chicago Bulls added Lonzo Ball, DeMar DeRozan, Derrick Jones Jr. Alex Caruso to go with Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic. This year's team has improved in play-making ability, scoring, and defense. The Pistons are young and will have some growing pains this season. Killian Hayes, Isaiah Stewart, and Saddiq Bey are coming off their rookie seasons. They drafted Cade Cunningham with the first overall pick. Luka Garza played well during the summer league. Jerami Grant is the defacto leader of the team until these young pups step up.

The Pistons Cade Cunningham has officially been ruled out for the game. Jerami Grant will be the lead offensive guy for the Pistons and will need some help from the young core. Lonzo Ball will help on the defensive end for the Bulls and add a needed playmaker for LeVine and Vuke. The Bulls have three legitimate guys that can put up 10 a night and possibly a fourth with Ball. There is too much offense for the Bulls in this one.
