Both these defenses are terrible and the line being a pickem along with a high over/under, means that points will be scored and a narrow win will be decided in the end. I'm all over the Over here, with Chargers having everything to fight for to sneak into the playoffs, and Raiders scoring by the boatloads at home, scoring an average of 28.5 points on home turf and the Chargers defense allowing an average of 23 points on the road.
