This is a hard game to decipher, seeing that both teams are heading upwards in NFC competition and the QBs have been elevating their offenses well so far. Lions have won the last 3 meetings between the two sides (2 in Detroit and 1 win in Greenbay). Elton Jenkins and Baktiari are out for the Offensive Line for the Packers and that is a very important key for my play on the Lions to cover this short number. The Pass rush was the only issue I had defensively about this Lions team, and with the OLine for Greenbay being injury riddled, the Pass rush should be fine for Detroit and the offensive superiority obviously sides with Detroit when you account for Goff being more reliable than Love at this stage, and Amon Ra St.Brown cementing himself as a top WR in the NFL. A changing of the gaurd seems to be taking place in regard to the pecking order of this division, so even though I have a futures bet on Packers to win the division, I can't take them this early in the season as they still need to build chemistry with the young receivers as well as get healthier on the offensive line.
