This chiefs defense is not good enough to be -9.5 favorites on the road, and the offense has been shaky as well. The jets defense is good enough to keep NY in the game as we've seen in the first 3, though the Cowboys defense did more of a number on Zach Wilson than I think KC ever can do. This must be a line based off recency bias, as we just seen KC barely beat the Jacksonville Jaguars in theirs first road game, and the Jags defense is not good by any means, giving up an average of 28.3 points per game. When Aaron Rodgers went down, the jets defense still put Josh Allen in a blender of mistakes and Mahomes has already thrown 2 interceptions this season. This Chiefs defense has only intercepted one pass this season and Zach Wilson may be playing his last game as a NY Jet if he doesn't show signs of improvement and poise under center. Chiefs biggest Threat offensively will be Travis Kelce, as the linebackers still haven't found a way to gaurd the TE, giving up 2 TDs so far to both Dallas' TEs (Ferguson and Shoonmaker). Nick Bolton is out for KC, big blow to the middle of this already weaker defense than the past for KC, as well as Cornerback Jaylen Watson. Jets are healthy in all the spots that matter and this game will matter more in a home situation of dire proportions. Give me the 9.5 easily.
