The Dolphins are coming into this game with a 5-1 record this season and they have been crushing a lot of teams in their games by double digits. Their last 3 wins have all been by double digits but they have also played some of the worst teams in the NFL right now. Their only good win was in a close game against the Chargers in week 1 while their other wins have come against the Patriots, Broncos, and Giants who are all 1-5 as well as the Panthers who are 0-6 this season. Their only loss came on the road against the Bills in a game they lost by 28 points and now they are going into another tough environment to play a top 5 team in the NFL. Their defense has not been good this season either as they have been allowing a lot of points even in their wins and have allowed at least 20 points in 3 of their last 4 games. They are going up against an Eagles team that is also 5-1 and has a very good offense that is going to find ways to score points on that bad defense here at home. The Eagles also have a much better defense than the teams the Dolphins have been facing recently so their offense is not just going to run all over them. The Eagles will have success stopping the Dolphins run game which will turn this offense very 1-dimensional. The Eagles are also going to have success running the ball on this Dolphins offense and their longer drives will be the blueprint to beating this Dolphins team as they keep the ball away from the Dolphins offense. This is a much better matchup for the Eagles at home who are hungry to bounce back after a bad loss to the Jets. The Eagles will cover the spread in this game.
