The 49ers are coming into this game off of their 1st loss of the season as they lost 19-17 against the Browns on the road in a game they did not match up very well in. Now they are going up against a Vikings team that is 2-4 this season and has had a very bad defense that the 49ers will have a much better time against. The 49ers have one of the best offenses in the NFL this season as they have scored at least 30 points in 5 of their 6 games this year and Brock Purdy will also be hungry to bounce back in this game after the way they played last week. Christian McCaffrey is going to play for the 49ers in this game and he has been the focal point of this offense which will give the Vikings defense some trouble as they have not been great stopping the run. The Vikings also have one of the worst passing defenses in the NFL as they allow opposing QBs to complete more than 75% of their passes against them and have also been allowing a lot of yards per attempt. The 49ers are going to be able to stretch this Vikings defense and they are going to score points as they match up well against the Vikings weaknesses on defense. The Vikings have a good offense which has been the only thing keeping them in these close games but they do not have a strong running game which is going to make them very 1-dimensional here and they are going to struggle to throw the ball as well since the 49ers have one of the best passing defenses in the NFL. The 49ers will be looking for a get right game here after losing last week and they will get their big win with the extra time Shanahan has to prepare for this game.
