The Bucks are coming into this game with a bad taste in their mouth after the way last season ended for them but they have made some moves to improve their team and now they have a new look in their lineup with more talent in it. The big move for the Bucks was adding Damian Lillard to their team and now they have 2 real stars in Giannis and Lillard to lean on which is something they were lacking before. They also have a lot of bench depth to work with and will be hungry to come out strong in their season opener at home. The Bucks also had one of the best home records in the NBA last season at 32-9 and that is a trend that is going to be just as strong this season as this is the team to beat in the Eastern Conference right now. They are going up against a 76ers team that is starting their season on the road here in a tough environment and they are also going to be missing James Harden in this game as he requested a trade in the off-season and now the 76ers have been dealing with that distraction as well. Joel Embiid has been able to carry the team himself without Harden in the past but they have also traded away a bit of their bench depth and that is going to hurt them in this spot with Harden missing from the lineup.
