Belmont is coming into this game with a 2-3 record this season and they have not been playing well in their recent games. Their only 2 wins this season both came at home and they were not very convincing wins either as they only beat Georgia State by 2 points there and their other win was against Berry College who is not a Division I school. They have lost all 3 of their games away from home this season as they lost to Furman and Arizona by over 20 points on the road and their other loss came at a neutral location in their last game as they lost by 9 to Monmouth. Now they are playing on the same court here but this time it is not going to be a neutral location since they are playing the team that this court belongs to. They are going up against a Penn team that is 4-2 this season and has been playing well in their games. Their only 2 losses this season were both on the road as they lost by 8 points to Saint Joseph's and by 3 points to Maryland-Eastern Shore after OT. They have won all 4 of their games at home this season as well and that includes a 4 point win against a ranked Villanova team. They are coming off of a 2 point win against Lafayette in their last game but they have been playing well on home court this season and they are going to win this game by a few more points with the struggles Belmont has had away from home this year.
