Their offense has been consistent as well, scoring 77+ points in each of their last 3 as well as 4 of their last 5 games. They are going up against an Akron team that is 3-2 this season and they were very good last year as well, but they lost their best player to the NBA and are not returning many of their other starters as well. Both of their losses came on the road this season, losing to Arkansas State in OT by 5 and losing to Saint Mary's on the road by close to 20. They have won all 3 of their games at home this season, winning both games in this tournament there as they beat Omaha by 8 points and Lamar by 7 points. Akron has not been blowing many opponents out recently and Alabama State is going to get up for this final game of the tournament. Akron has not been great on defense either as they have allowed 72+ points in each of their last 3 as well as 4 of their last 5 games, allowing 80+ points in 3 of their 5 games this season as well.
