It's almost automatic to play an under with the military teams, however in this game, both are capable of putting up a few more points than this total indicates. This will be a hard fought closer game, however, both can't stop run and both sides should be able to get into the red zone more times than naught. Army is the better team on offense right now so expect them to win the game and put some points up on the board. The last four games they played, even though they stayed under the total, that total was much higher than in this game. That is why taking the over makes sense and has more value, as all this game needs is a 17-13 score to hit the over.
