Western Michigan's offense is terrible being held to less than 17 points in four of their last five games. On the other side, Toledo's first and second-string QB are both questionable. Toledo says they want this game, but they will be in the MAC Championship next week no matter what. The Rockets want to get out of this healthy with a win. I don't expect to see a lot of points.
